- サーバー初期設定ウィザードでデフォルト値を設定できるため、データベース上のデフォルト値でオンにしておく必要がない
- 連合は初期設定が終わるまで閉じられている方が安全

* replace URL path for inlined SearchMarkers
The search index looks like:

```
This file post-processes that index and re-parents the inlined
sections. Problem was, it left the (wrong) `path` untouched.
Replacing the `path` makes the search work fine.
