Kisaragi fff2783c1b docs: バックアップとログアウトの設定クリアについて書き方を変える (#15808) 
1. 「新しいクライアントからログインしたとき」がすでにログインしたことのあるクライアントだとバックアップが必要ないと読めるので「新しい」を外す
2. ログアウトしてから設定データをブラウザから削除したあとで復元できるのはバックアップをとっているときのみであることを強調
